Bayer Business Services provides services for some 140,000 people who are either candidates for or recipients of company pension benefits.
In addition to administering one of the largest company insurance institutions in Germany, the Bayer Pension Fund, Bayer Business Services also brings its experience to the Rheinische Pensionskasse pension fund. This fund is a modern and more flexible system of corporate pension provision for new Bayer Group employees and employees of other companies outside the Bayer Group. It provides transparency in calculations and is based on the same principles as life insurance. Bayer Business Services also delivers services for the pension claims of around one hundred companies in total.
