As a Shared Service Center for the Bayer Group, Bayer Business Services uses its own in-house systems and personnel to perform numerous administrative and business management activities, particularly in the areas of personnel and management services, finance and accounting and procurement and logistics. The ultimate aim is to continuously improve the relevant business processes and make them as efficient as possible through maximum standardization.
