The experts at Bayer Business Services design solutions and systems for financial reporting and financial statements consolidation (Global Company & Reporting Solutions). The Enabling Services unit provides high-performance solutions for secure electronic document processing, archiving and signature. The Global SAP Solution & Application Services department offers support for SAP systems and refines them to meet customer-specific needs. It also provides special tools to extend or supplement SAP functions.

Actual accounting services are provided by Bayer Business Services' two international Service Centers in Leverkusen and Barcelona. The roughly 400 employees at each center are specialized in the efficient performance of the following processes:
