The Executive Board
Bayer Business Services has two Executive Board members: Daniel Hartert (Chairman) and Norbert Fieseler (Labor Director).
Daniel HartertDaniel Hartert took over as Chairman of the Executive Board of Bayer Business Services on January 1, 2009. Before joining Bayer he worked for several international corporations, including Bertelsmann and Philips. Most recently he was CEO of Imaging Systems at Philips Healthcare in the United States. Hartert studied computer science and business administration and began his career with Robert Bosch GmbH in Reutlingen. He is married and has three children.

Norbert FieselerNorbert Fieseler joined Bayer in 1979 and became a member of the Executive Board of Bayer Business Services on June 1, 2006. Before joining Bayer Business Services he served as Executive Officer at Bayer Italia (2001 to 2005) and Head of Agency Business and Administrative Coordination in the Regional Coordination department at Group headquarters in Leverkusen (mid-2005 to 2006). Fieseler is married and has two children.
