The AIM program – International Assistant
Bayer offers this special training program for people with a flair for organization and learning foreign languages. It comprises an eighteen-month vocational training course leading to a qualification as an office communications assistant, followed by an approximately two-year advanced training course in office management.

Both courses end with an examination by the Chamber of Trade and Industry. In parallel, trainees attend English and Spanish language courses leading to internationally recognized certificates. During the program, some trainees are offered an opportunity to spend some time working abroad. As well as the normal remuneration paid to trainees, Bayer finances the entire advanced training course.
