IT with business studies (WIN)
This program is an attractive combination of vocational training and a university degree. The vocational training component comprises a two-and-a-half year course leading to a recognized IT qualification from the Chamber of Trade and Industry. In parallel with this, trainees spend six semesters studying for a Bachelor of Science degree in business studies with a specialization in IT consulting.
This program combines training with professional experience through practical work experience in various departments from the very start. In order to secure highly trained employees for the future, Bayer finances the entire period of university study as well as paying the normal remuneration for trainees on vocational courses.
